I practice a more Person Centred Approach, although I am also qualified in both Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Brief Therapy Approaches and at times integrate same. I believe everyone deserves the right to be treated with respect as individuals and I admire the strength and courage it takes to seek help for whatever problems or difficulties client's may be experiencing in their lives. I believe in establishing that strong therapeutic relationship and continuing same throughout our journey together, I offer a warm, genuine, non-judgemental approach, in which I will endeavour to walk with you every step of the way on your journey, within a safe, confidential and friendly environment. You will be treated with the utmost respect and dignitiy.
I have been working with an organisation in Coalisland this last two years, offering counselling services for local doctors surgeries, local community Mental Health Teams and Woman's Aid.
