My name is Zoe Williams (formally Le Pelley). I work mainly as a Person Centred Counsellor and have over 18 years of client work experience. I started voluntary counselling work in 2006 where I volunteered for The Guernsey Bereavement Service.  I have also offer 'Walking Therapy' which is new and exclusive to Guernsey...Some people may become anxious when confronting something difficult in a traditional seated, face-to-face interaction, walking in parallel with visual distractions can allow for easier engagement. Clients who try walk-and-talk therapy often have very dramatic shifts in their thinking about stresses in their lives.
