I'm a Relate qualified Relationship Therapist with a year’s additional training in Psychosexual Therapy and a Post Graduate Training qualification.

I have an impressive professional development portfolio including a Diploma in Mindfulness. I'm trained to help clients recover from trauma and abuse and have a wealth of experience with complex mental health issues, having previously worked for the organisation Mind.

My style draws on psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural, solution focused, motivational and psycho-educational approaches. I've also studied complementary approaches to relationships, emotional healing, bodywork, intimacy and sexuality. I'm also a graduate of the Urban Tantra Professional Training Program.

I've had specialist training to help people struggling with compulsive use of the internet so that you can develop healthier behaviour patterns and feel free again.

My clients go from feeling paralysed by the past, resentful and disconnected to enjoying lasting, loving relationships with great communication, rekindled passion and restored hope for their longterm future.
