Key Worker CounsellingMates in Mind

I am a qualified integrative counsellor who can work with children, young people and adults with issues in areas of depression, anxiety, abuse, anger, addiction, relationships, bereavement, trauma, bullying, self harm, suicide ideation, loss and self defeating behaviours. I use various therapeutic techniques to best suit the clients needs. I currently work in schools with young people and for a charity organisation providing therapeutic interventions to all ages. As a counsellor I work with clients to guide them through their issues to discover a more healthier happier life. I provide a non judgemental safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings. I provide a free telephone assessment for clients to decide whether counselling is for them. I am able to offer face to face, over the telephone, Skype, face time and online counselling sessions.
