I am a Person Centred Counsellor. I offer long and short term counselling, I understand asking for help is the first step on the road to wellbeing and getting the right help is what will determine your success. It is important to choose the right counsellor who is right for you who will enable you to grow during your therapy. I strongly believe people possess the inner strength and resources to work through and find solutions to their difficulties and to unlock the answers and find their own route of acceptance and resolutions.
I offer my clients a non judgemental, empathic, safe space in which they can explore alongside me their difficulties thoughts and feelings. I believe life can throw challenges at us at any age and we can benefit through counselling and therapy and grow in self knowledge, so as to achieve personal growth and self esteem.
