Who am I?
I’m Paul. An accredited Emotional Therapeutic Counsellor providing a proven and successful blend of modern and traditional talking therapy for adults, children, couples and families.

What is Emotional Therapeutic Counselling?
It is a very effective person-centred approach, designed to help people experiencing any number of life’s difficulties including emotional pain or upset arising from the near or distant past.

Who can I help?
Much of my work is treating general or specific anxiety, home or work-related stress, sadness, depression, relationship and marital problems, self-esteem, harmful and obsessive compulsive behaviours, negative coping strategies, addictions of all types (including food, spending, drugs and alcohol), bullying, family conflict, fears, phobias and panic attacks.

Specialist Services
I am also registered with the NHS to work with anyone affected by end of life (terminal illness, bereavement, grief and loss) and am specially trained to support anyone impacted by trauma stemming from mental, emotional, physical and sexual abuse.

How?
I will help you to explore, pinpoint and make sense of how and why you think, feel, act and react the way you do. Using effective tools and processes I will guide and support you through the process of healing as you adapt and bring about sustainable and lasting change.

Where?
In a confidential, compassionate and non-judgemental environment, I listen in a way that makes you feel valued, heard, understood and emotionally supported. In person (including home visits), telephone, video call, secure messaging or email.
