I have been working with couples for over 15 years and have experience in a wide range of issues.

Relationship difficulties can be hugely distressing, or just constantly draining. I will help you unpack the dynamics of your relationship, without blame or criticism, in order to give the two of you choices that you may have lost sight of. We will look at where you have become stuck in the development of your relationship and find safe ways of breaking down the layers of defensiveness we often build for self protection, in order for you to learn how to ‘lean in’ again.

Taking the first step to finding help can also feel scary. You may fear failure, fear being vulnerable in front of your partner, or simply fear being 'unmasked', I aim to be sensitive and careful whilst being respectful of both partners whatever their story.

I also work with individuals who are experiencing difficulties either in a current relationship or getting over a breakup. If you notice a pattern in the way you relate to others, I can help you make sense of that too.
