The prospect of counselling can appear daunting, but by considering this you are actively taking the first step towards your goal.

You are the expert of you. It is not my role to tell you what to do, but to work together as a dual to assist and support you in finding answers you may already possess subconsciously. Sometimes it is necessary to talk to someone impartial to your situation.

I offer a non judgemental and safe environment where you can explore emotions and make sense of your situation. We will work together to address negative patterns of behaviour and discover what is holding you back from reaching a more positive you.

Everyone is unique, with this in mind I work as an integrative therapist to ensure my approach is adapted to suit you as an individual and therefore giving the best opportunity to facilitate change.

I look forward to being a part of your journey.

Please do feel free to call or email me to ask any questions you may have ahead of booking an appointment.
