I have been working in the counselling arena for over 5 years, both privately and for charity.
I focus on one to one support, mainly using remote platforms (phone, Zoom, MS Teams) but can also work face to face if needed.
I am warm and supportive but focused on transformation and also specialising in bereavement and grief/loss work. I work with each client to address issues such as confidence, anxiety, stress management, self belief and self worth (overcoming imposter syndrome), self care and career support, counselling and coaching.
I am also a qualified executive coach and support people in the workplace to achieve their goals and personal development. Over 25 years experience in Human Resources enables me to provide coaching and counselling on topics such as : Career development, interview preparation, personal branding, maternity returning and also women experiencing menopausal symptoms and struggling in the workplace.
