Key Workers CounsellingMates in Mind

A professionally qualified Counsellor / Psychotherapist, Member of BACP and Accredited Registrant of the National Counselling Society I provide an Integrative approach combining the three main therapeutic approaches; Person Centred, CBT and Psychodynamic models, to facilitate improvements in a range of mental health issues.
Whilst I work with each person individually to build a strong therapeutic relationship through non-judgement, confidentiality and a safe space to share your difficulties, I practise an evidence-based approach to your mental health presentation and to facilitate the reaching of your desired goals.
Working within each client’s limitations and strengths my aim is to provide growth and equip them with healthy strategies to make sure they can deal with their mental health challenges. I specialise in Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and anxiety management although I have extensive experience of high intensity therapy, EAP and addiction presentations.
I have experience in working with a range of presenting issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, bereavement, trauma, suicide ideation and self-esteem issues. I admire the strength and courage it takes to seek assistance and I feel privileged to support you in reconciling with positivity and well-being in your life.
If you are experiencing issues or need support with work or life, I can help!
