I am passionate about emotional health and wellbeing, seeing adults, couples and young people at my home based practice in West Sussex.

We are only human and although our bodies and minds want to work the right way, the balance can easily go array.

I know that taking the first step towards seeing a therapist can be daunting, especially if you are struggling or feeling anxious already, so I offer you a free consultation and a quiet and confidential space to explore and discuss your personal issues.

I am a compassionate and emphatic therapist, who will work with you to find out why you have reached this point in your life. I will work alongside you with my therapeutic approaches and guide you through your therapeutic journey, enabling you to make sense of your life and make the changes that you are looking for.

One of my held beliefs is that we all have the key to the gateway of our mind, although we sometimes need help in today's busy world. If you are struggling and would like to gain clarity and explore the possibility of change, let us work together to determine the approach we take.

I have specialist experience of working with trauma, multi-systemic health problems, including M.E, teenage anxiety and young people, brain injuries, alcohol and drug dependence.

Living in a semi-rural location, I am able to offer peaceful surroundings and plenty of private parking.
