I am offering a telephone/video call service whilst the lock down is in place. Sessions will be charged at a rate of £25 per 30min (my free initial consultation is still in place).
If you're reading this its probably because you are going through a difficult time at the moment and want to "Make a Difference" in your life. I know it can be hard to take that first step and want to reassure you that I treat all enquiries with absolute respect, confidentiality and integrity.
Life can be hard and we can all feel low, stressed or anxious at times. Sometimes we may be able to talk things through with friends or a family member but if symptoms persist or worsen then professional help may be needed. Avoiding the situation can lead to even more difficulties and have an impact on your physical health.
Talking about your issues is not a sign of weakness and counselling is a process to help you share your thoughts and feelings and confront the issues that are concerning you. Together we can help you find your own solutions and help you through difficult times.
I consider it a privilege to work with every client I meet and it is my job to help you access your own resources to help free yourself and build new foundations for a more fulfilling life. Each stage of your journey is discussed and agreed as I believe that we are all unique and "one size doesn't fit all".
Therapy can be whatever you want it to be – it is a process to help you work things out and feel better in a safe and confidential environment
