Key Worker CounsellingMates in Mind

Essential contact details are initially checked by phone or online if this is your preference. This also gives you opportunity to briefly describe your presenting issue, unless you have already stated this in your first contact so that I can assess whether or not, the issue you want to address, is something I feel qualified to take forward. If not, then I can help you with referral to a different colleague or organisation. This ensures the best quality of service. Contract details are also discussed & the decision to take up therapy, at this stage, is purely your choice then a mutually agreed date & time can be arranged for an initial face-to-face (Telephone/Skype/Zoom) session.
