After essential contact details are taken by phone, we arrange to meet for an initial free face-to-face session for half an hour, providing you with opportunity to ask questions & address any reservations you may have about the type of therapy available. I also assess whether or not, the issue(s) you want to address are something I feel qualified to take forward to be able to offer the best quality of service. At this stage if you decide that this is for you & we both feel that we can work together.
The decision to take up therapy, at this stage, is purely your choice.
