I own and manage East Antrim Counselling in Carrickfergus Co. Antrim. I see clients on a private basis and also carry out voluntary work in the community mental health area to encourage resilience and to decrease the risk of self-harm and suicidal thinking. I have over 9500 hours of supervised practice and continue to study to keep up to date with any new developments in mental health care. I created the crisis support app Here2Help and deliver talks in workplaces and schools on subjects such as stress, loss and grief and communication skills.
