Mates in Mind

Taking the decision to contact a therapist is not easy and takes a lot of courage, finding the right therapist is even harder, a person whom you feel fully listens to you, and what you say, and understands you, is not always easy to find. Listen to your instincts, and you will find the person for you, whether that is me or someone else, but only you will know how you will feel when sitting in that room, allowing yourself to be heard and knowing you are fully heard. I believe everyone needs to be heard in order to shed the burden of their unheard truths, whether conscious or subconscious. Take the time to value YOU, only you can do that.

I am a professionally qualified counsellor and I use an integrative approach, as we are individuals I believe one approach does not work for all and therefore it is necessary to see what works for you, by working with you. Ultimately it is the professional relationship we create that decides how effective counselling will be and trust is integral to this relationship. I am here to listen to you and provide a place where you feel safe and comfortable to openly speak your mind, where there is no judgement, only acceptance of the whole of you. If this is something you are looking for please feel free to contact me for a free 1 hour consultation. In the meantime, please take care.
