I am a senior accredited Integrative Counsellor and BABCP accredited CBT therapist. I have worked in the field of mental health for over ten years. This has ranged from holding clinician roles in the private sector, community and voluntary, and NHS IAPT services (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies).

CBT is a ‘doing’ therapy where we don’t only talk about the difficulties you’re experiencing, but we act to change and break the vicious cycles that may be maintaining the problems you are having.
