I have worked in a general counselling practice since 2009, working with clients who are in their teens to those in retirement age and with both men and women. I have a wealth of experience in working with clients who have relationship and bereavement issues, and those who are affected by anxiety, panic attacks, fear, anger, depression, low self-esteem, low self-confidence, or moments of disassociation. I also work with clients who have experienced sexual and/or physical abuse, domestic violence and post traumatic stress disorder. I also have experience of working with clients affected by hoarding

  • Qualifications & Experience
    I am a fully qualified Counsellor with an honours degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy from the Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute in Nottingham (accrediated by Coventry University) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy. I undertake regular continuous professional development workshops and keep up to date with the latest research and developments in the counselling and psychotherapy sector.
