Mates in Mind

I am integrative trained counsellor and supervisor working in both private practice and the community sector. My main office is in Antrim but i also see clients/supervisees in Crumlin and Belfast.
Counselling and supervision is tailored to meet the needs of the individual and is client lead.
After qualifying as a counsellor in 2010 i have continued on and gained the full Bsc (Hons) in Counselling with an upper 2:1. I have a special interest in eating disorder, disordered eating and emotional eating, in particular the links between over eating and trauma.
I offer appointments both evenings and weekends to fit around busy family lives.
