About me:
I am a trained qualified and experienced therapeutic Counsellor and Counselling Supervisor. I work with Adults, both individual's and Couples. My diploma training was integrative and much of my experience has been within substance misuse agencies. In my time as a counsellor in Wiltshire I have been privileged to work with many wonderful & unique individuals from all walks of life. During this time I have expanded my training to also be able to offer motivational enhancement therapy & Behavioural couples therapy
My Counselling training was with Wiltshire college where I gained the following qualifications:
Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling - CPCAB (Counselling & Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body)
Certificate in Counselling Studies - CPCAB
Certificate in Counselling Skills - CPCAB
Developing counselling skills -ncfe
Basic Counselling skills - ncfe
BACP certificate of proficiency taken and passed in 2014
My supervision training was with Kathy Raffles Counselling Services where I gained:
Advanced Diploma (level 7) in counselling Supervision
In my job role as counselling coordinator I have gained a great deal of experience and attend regular training, I have many certificates for various trainings, around safe guarding, risk assessing, suicide interventions, domestic abuse, Alcohol & Drugs, including volatile substance use.
