I find myself wondering what goes through peoples minds when searching for a new therapist. If it's anything similar to what I was thinking when I was doing what you are now, you'll be slightly confused and overwhelmed with how many of us there are. Breathe, take a step back and rest assured that it will all be OK.
What I will say in an attempt to make your choice easier is that finding the right therapist is a bit like trying on a new shoe – it must be the right fit. It may take a few meetings with different people before you find someone who you feel you click with.
