Robin Tucker – Dip Hyp, Ad Dip PC

I recognise we are all unique with our own mix of personality traits, dreams and fears so I will use an approach appropriate to your particular circumstances to successfully help you achieve your goal, whatever it might be.

I have successfully worked with clients to calm fears of flying, ease stress and anxiety as well as with relieve pain. I have helped clients wanting to have a better relationship with food to lose weight and with those who wish to stop smoking.

You will always be at the heart of the counselling process and I will focus on positive changes to assist you to transform your life.

I have always believed in the power of the mind, how negative thoughts can hold us back and after careers in the Royal Navy and teaching I am keen to help veterans who might find life after active service difficult as well as those in education to remain calm, motivated and focussed. I am keen to promote health and wellbeing so get in touch and learn how I can help change the course of your life.

Don't let limiting beliefs hold you back. I offer a free 30 minute consultation so you to discuss your needs without any obligation. Visit my website to find out how Plain Sailing can alter your life.
