I am qualified to offer counselling either face to face or online. I have experience in a broad range of issues, including pre trail therapy, historical sexual abuse, domestic abuse, depression, anxiety. I use an Integrative approach which means I have a good understanding and foundation of the main core therapies and can work effectively with the individuals best needs and interests in mind.I am also a Charity Manager for a counselling charity in Barnstaple, North Devon, where i support a team of 20 counsellors to deliver high quality therapy. I love the work I do and being able to support the local community.
