I am an integrative counsellor and clinical supervisor working in private practice - Reflections Counselling Service - with extensive experience of support and guidance to adults, young people and children who have encountered difficulties in their lives. I am an Accredited Professional Registrant with the National Counselling Society and a Registered Member of BACP. I am also a qualified life coach and supervisor.
I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with my core training Person Centred and I also offer Hypnotherapy with NLP, Relaxation and Mindfulness based CBT.

I am child and adolescent trained and I also work with adults of all ages with issues of:
