If you are looking for a counsellor who has experience and can provide a confidential space for you to discuss issues which are affecting your everyday life;
If you need to talk to someone who understands what you mean and where you are coming from;
If you would like to be more confident, productive and motivated and want help to change some aspects of your life;

I am a counsellor specialising in children's behaviour and changing thinking patterns, a life coach and supervisor.  I have many years of experience and work with children, adults, adolescents, couples, groups and families with issues which can ultimately lead to confusion, anxiety and depression, difficult moods and behaviours.  I will give you the space and time to make changes in your life in a private, comfortable and safe environment. I am also a clinical supervisor working in private practice - Reflections Counselling Service - with extensive experience of support and guidance to adults, young people and children who have encountered difficulties in their lives. I am an Accredited Professional Registrant with the National Counselling Society and a Registered Member of BACP.

I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to change thinking patterns and I also offer Hypnotherapy with NLP, Relaxation and Mindfulness based CBT.

I am child and adolescent trained and I also work with adults of all ages with issues of:

anxiety and depression
domestic violence
couples/relationship/marital difficulties
low self esteem and confidence
abuse - emotional, physical, sexual and verbal
behaviour problems
bereavement, grief and loss
chronic and terminal illness
eating disorders
family issues
financial difficulties
self harm
sexual harassment and assault
weight issues
work related problems

I am also a supervisor working with qualified and trainee counsellors and other professionals working in different areas of mental health.

I can offer daytime and evening appointments for both counselling and supervision and I am happy to visit you in your own home if it is more convenient for you.

I also offer online and telephone counselling. Please contact me on 07803031773 for details of charges and concessions.
