I am a Counsellor, Supervisor, Life coach and Nutrition Therapist (Ad. Dip. CP, Dip Hyp CS, BA (Hons)). I offer professional and empathetic support to help you work through any problems you may be experiencing. I will help you to gain understanding, create solutions, strategies and progress positively. An integrative approach, utilising a number of methods to suit your needs. I also offer counselling to adults, children and young adults.
