Mates in Mind

I am an integrative counsellor and use a blend of humanistic/ person centred counselling skills with brief solution focussed elements. This approach allows us to work together in an exploratory way suited to your unique needs as an individual, in a friendly confidential, safe environment. I have 20 years of experience working in a manufacturing industry and believe these life skills combined with 10 years working within a therapeutic model allows us to embark on a journey of discovery. If you would like an initial conversation please feel free to phone me and discuss options. I offer day time and evening sessions.
