For the last 10 years I have dedicated my life to helping and supporting people experiencing emotional difficulties. I have written and delivered mental health training nationally and also write for the local paper as a guest columnist. In 2013 I co-wrote a book on relationships which was subsequently published. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, PTSD, anger problems, relationship difficulties and addiction to mention a few.
