Hello. I am currently offering remote therapy through the period of social distancing. I am a registred Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, holding both private and voluntary sector experience. My focus includes Stress and anxiety, Phobias, Low Moods and Depression, OCD, Low self esteem, Relationship issues, PTSD, Post Natal Depression for both mums and dads, and working with young adults.
I have an advanced diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, which focuses on CBT,REBT, Psychodynamic and Person Centred modalities of therapy. This allows me to adapt an individualistic and flexible approach to working with my clients, based on their needs and personality. I am also a qualified and registered hypnotherapist which allows me access to some essential tools in my integrative approach to counselling.
