Since 1995 I have worked within the field of vocational rehabilitation, initially within Social Services and then for 14 years within the Personal Injury sector with long term absent employees with physical disabilities or mental health condition. I specialised in the assessment and development of rehabilitation and return to work programmes. I have trained and worked with a wide range of clients with physical disabilities and mental ill health such as stress, anxiety, OCD, grief/loss, abuse, addiction and depression.
