I am a Shropshire girl born and bred, growing up in Condover just south of the county town of Shrewsbury. Following a gap year in Corfu in 1999, I attended the University of Aberdeen where I completed my Masters in Psychology (MA Psych (Hons)). After my graduation, I was fortunate to start work immediately with a national charity which provided me with fantastic opportunities in Scotland, Oxford and London. Later I worked for a Scottish charity that specialised in Carers, Young Carers, and Children & Family Therapy.
In 2014 I decided to make the most of living in beautiful Shropshire and started a practice in Condover and offering hypnotherapy in the Shrewsbury area.

I am a fully qualified psychotherapist, counsellor and hypnotherapist but I believe in expanding my knowledge so, I continue to attend CPD and courses across the country.

I am a member of the National Hypnotherapy Society and the National Counselling Society, appearing on the accredited voluntary register for both organisations. I ensure that my practice strictly follows the code of ethics and CPD requirements set down by the governing organisation.
