I am a Psychology graduate and I am qualified in Counselling and Hypnotherapy. I can draw from the different fields to inform my professional practice. As I counsellor I follow the Person Centred Approach but I integrate other elements like CBT when necessary. I believe that the style of therapy should be determined by the needs of the client.
