I am a counsellor for Nexus NI and I also volunteer for Cruse bereavement care as a bereavement Counsellor and Supervisor

I work integratively, meaning I will work with you in a way that best suits your needs, the therapy is individual to you and what works for you as an individual ensuring the best possible outcome, using a number therapeutic approaches, including Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person Centred, Brief Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapies, I am a member of BACP working towards accreditation and I am accredited with the NCS. I always work within the strict code of ethics and guidelines.
