I am a strong believer in how past experiences can manifest in the present causing multiple emotional and psychological challenges. I provide therapy in away that combines different approaches to meet the needs of clients holistically with an analytical influence.
I have experience in providing psychotherapy for an array of presenting issues such as: anxiety, bereavement, confidence issues, depression, domestic violence/emotional abuse, eating disorders, low self-esteem, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), personality disorders, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), relationship problems, sexual dysfunction, sexual trauma, spiritual conflicts, work related stress and much more.
If you are feeling overwhelmed, depressed, experiencing high levels of stress and anxiety, or maybe just want a safe, non judgemental space to talk; counselling psychotherapy can be a positive place to help resolve issues that are preventing you from moving forward. Together we can uncover the root causes behind how you are feeling, connecting the pieces of your puzzle to help you feel whole.

I am based in Camberwell London SE5
