Life can be a struggle at times and it can be very difficult to see a way out. I can encourage you gently to unlock any fears or worries that you may have so that we can work together to find a way forward.

You may be suffering from anxiety, stress, depression. All these things are linked and my aim is to a focus on your whole wellbeing and by making some changes to your lifestyle this can have a very positive effect and can make so much difference to your happiness
You may be dealing with bereavement. The feelings you experience when you lose a loved one can trigger many different emotions. It can be very helpful to talk things through .
You may have relationship problems, whether that be with your partner, teenager, a family member or a work colleague .
You may be a young person going through your exams, whilst try to cope with other issues such as social media pressure and low confidence. I can help you to build up your self esteem and give you more focus.
You may be struggling with alcohol addiction or binge eating .Finding the root cause for these habits and the reasons for needing to numb out are important to discover so that you can heal,recover and move forward.
Many of these issues can make you feel very alone and isolated. Making that first move by asking for help is a brave step. An important step so that you can live your life to the fullest with more ease and understanding
