Hi I'm Nicky, I am a fully qualified, accredited Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Supervisor. I have been working with adults and young people for nearly 20 years. Initially as a youth worker, working with young people with emotional and social difficulties, then as a Teacher of Health and Social Care. I later trained as an Integrative Counsellor / Psychotherapist. I have extensive experience of working with Anxiety, Self Confidence and Depression.
As an Integrative Counsellor, I use a range of therapeutic approaches and techniques to relieve emotional distress and help you find solutions as soon as possible.
I have practices in Stratford Upon Avon and Leamington Spa and offer daytime, evening and Saturday morning appointments.
