AS a Fellow accredited counsellor and supervisor with over 30 years working in health, private and charity sector with a wealth of experience with issues such as anxiety, relationship, health, workplace, trauma, illness, palliative and much more. I am passionate about many things including counselling but I do love family, outdoors, swimming and mountains.
