Confidentiality, ethical framework, Boundaries and Principles adhered to as set out by BACP and NCS. Counselling will give you an opportunity to explore and discover, working towards your goals and empowerment. To develop healthy coping strategies to deal with what the world may throw at you. Bereavement, Generalised anxiety, Low Self esteem/worth, Anger, Relationship difficulties, unresolved Childhood issues, Depression, Loss, Behavioural problems, Stress, Carer's.
