I am a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and a bereavement counsellor. Having been bereaved and received counselling I realise the pain, shock, loss and anger many people go through at some point in their lives. When someone close to you dies, whether it is through illness, accident or suicide, it can have a devastating affect on you, your family and friends. Being able to talk about your emotions – denial, anger, hurt and many feelings – it is important to express yourself in order to progress through the grieving process. Let me help you with that difficult journey so you can begin to cope with life again.

I also do bereavement counselling for adults with Special Needs.
