To enable the process of healing I provide a therapeutic relationship built upon respect, empathy and trust. I use a creative approach to counselling to provide a therapeutic experience which is unique and personalised for each client. Creative counselling involves the use of different therapeutic approaches and techniques to enhance emotional well-being and a deeper level of healing.
I have a background in creative arts and in education supporting student’s emotional, social and mental health needs. This experience has enriched my practice as a therapist enabling a creative energy for exploration and growth and providing a calm and nurturing environment.
