I am an accredited member of the National Counselling Society (NCS). I offer integrative counselling and psychotherapy using a range of therapeutic models such as, person centred, cognitive behavioural (CBT), transactional analysis (TA), psychodynamic and gestalt therapies. As an independent practitioner I work within the boundaries of the National Counselling Society’s Code of Ethics. I undertake regular continual professional development and receive regular supervision which helps me to continue to develop as counsellor.
