Hi my name is Clare and I work in the South of Leicestershire in a private practice as an integrative Counsellor and Supervisor, with a person-centred approach. I am offering a comfortable and private space so that we can work together through any issues that you may bring to the session. Within this non-judgemental and confidential setting you have time to explore, reflect and understand your emotions, feelings and what is happening to you, wherever you are in your life right now.

Working within the integrative approach of therapy means that I can draw upon many modalities to support you. By being presented with the right tools at the right time you can take control to move forward or assist a shift in perception. Simply by being heard can often be the power tool within therapy.

If you would like any further information please do not hesitate to contact me.
As I realise that the first session is full of mixed emotions, questions and answers, I offer a free initial consultation.

I offer supervision for trainees who are looking for hourly or monthly sessions to support their placements. Please ask for more details.
