Therapy offers support and a time and space to explore and heal yourself, whether you are struggling in times of stress or grief, troubled by anxiety or depression, facing relationship difficulties or unresolved past trauma. Whatever the disturbance, I offer a warm, welcoming, secure and non-judgemental space in which you will be truly heard, and given the freedom to uncover the solutions you seek. I have a wide range of experience, and am committed to honouring the uniqueness in every individual. My aim is to help you uncover your true self and regain a sense of equilibrium, whatever the difficulties that may have presented themselves.
