I am a person centred therapist. Client centred is a non-directive approach to talk therapy. I allow my clients to actively take the reins during each therapy session, while I guide and support along the way. Holding space for each of my clients in a safe and empathetic environment. I can help people from all walks of life to overcome personal, emotional and psychological issues that might be holding them back and preventing them from being the best versions of themselves.
