Perhaps you are experiencing stress or anxiety and finding life very challenging? You may have experienced the loss of someone close to you? Or you may be wondering what the future holds? Whatever brings you to my page today, welcome.
I qualified as a Counsellor in November 2015. I trained in person-centred and cognitive behavioural therapies and I integrate these theoretical models in my counselling practice. I aim to provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment where you can talk about the things that matter to you. I am fully insured and undertake regular supervision and personal development activities.
I have experience of supporting adults with a wide range of issues, e.g. stress, depression, anxiety, bereavement, loss, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, loneliness, and illness.
If you would like the opportunity to discuss how we might be able to work together please get in touch for an informal telephone conversation.
