About Me
BACP and NCPS accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist.
I am a dedicated and committed practitioner who has specialised in working with adults in a safe and supportive way over the past 23 years.
I strive to provide a safe and warm environment through offering a confidential, professional, non-judgemental relationship, where you can expect to be listened to and understood, to help foster new awareness and gain understanding of both your internal and external worlds.
I work collaboratively with my clients to explore and identify areas of difficulty, supporting them to build strengths and resources through use of tailored interventions to help overcome life challenges and function well.
My training in a number of therapeutic approaches allows me to adopt an integrative approach to help meet the needs of clients suffering from a broad range of mental and physical health difficulties such as; stress, anxiety, depression, anger, trauma and workplace difficulties.
I have extensive experience of counselling across the NHS, EAP/Workplace, Voluntary & Charity sector, as well as my own private practice. I also specialise in Bullying & Harassment in the workplace, Management Coaching and Clinical Supervision.
I work remotely, via telephone or video consultation offering short, medium, and long term counselling support.

Accredited BACP and NCPS counsellor and psychotherapist adhering to their Professional Codes of Conduct and Ethical Practice, including a commitment to continually update my counselling skills and knowledge through continuous professional development (CPD) and attending monthly clinical supervision.
