I am an Integrative Counsellor and Creative Arts Therapist with over 27 years post qualifying experience providing therapy for Children, young people and parents. This has included almost 10 years working in CAMHS, and 17 years working with children and families effected by trauma, violence and other adverse childhood experiences.
I continue to specialise in working with children, young people and families in a trauma informed way.
I work collaboratively to ensure that people are at ease. I am experienced in working with people of varying ages whom are highly anxious, have sensory needs, have experienced trauma, or are Neuro diverse.
As an integrative Counsellor and Creative Arts Therapist I can provide a number of ways for us to work for you to reach your goals, at a pace which suits you.
