I am a mother of mature children so have experienced the trials and tribulations of negotiating through the turbulent teenage years and the problems that teenagers and adults encounter. I have worked with young people and supported parents/carers, for over 15 years through a variety of challenges that life brings. If you would like to speak with me about anything that is causing you concern, for example anxiety, self-esteem, bereavement ....... I have appointments available for evenings and weekends.
