You will be guaranteed a space to talk freely in confidence. I am an integrative counsellor which means I use three methods of therapy: Person-Centred, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I am happy to answer any questions about these approaches. I will work with you in a safe and ethical manner to promote your well-being.
