I am a qualified experienced and an Accredited MBACP counsellor with a number of years experience working for the NHS in a GP surgery carrying out short and long term therapy with adults. I also work with children and young people in primary and secondary schools, using a variety of non-directive play and art therapy techniques. Counselling is a way of exploring issues, feelings, relationships and behaviours in order to improve your well being. I work in a non-judgemental and empathic way and my aim is to provide you with a safe and confidential space to enable you to work through and explore issues at your own pace.
