Psychological Support Lead

Full Time

(37.5 hours per week)

Band 7

£31,697 - £41,788 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity to work for an amazing community focused organisation providing specialist palliative care and support for people in our locality. We work with our community to develop, influence and provide responsive palliative care and end of life care that meets the needs of all people with a life-limiting illness. We strive to be an inspirational leader, empowering our community, encouraging future generations. Our purpose is to ensure the very best care is provided wherever and whenever it is needed.

Our Family Support Service is looking for a qualified counsellor or therapist to lead and develop the psychological support we provide to patients and their families. You will need to have experience of developing a service, managing a team of counsellors/therapists and providing flexible and responsive therapeutic support to adults, children and young people.
