Having had counselling myself I have seen first hand the benefit it can bring to your life. I am very comfortable working short or long term and believe that the number of sessions should be led by you.
I have been qualified for over 15 years and have worked with a variety of people and organisations including the NHS, BUPA and Substance mis-use services. If you are feeling anxious, lost or unsure about life counselling can help.
